  • English Tourism Council Self-Catering 4 Star GradingWe will do our best to help you enjoy your stay at Atlanta whether you are booking that special 21st, 40th or 50th birthday party, Easter egg hunt, hen or stag party or simply a relaxing holiday with all the family.
  • Weekly and weekend bookings commence at 4.00 pm on Friday unless otherwise agreed.
  • All bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels. Everything else is included in the prices quoted in our price guide; there are no additional or hidden charges.
  • You will receive a welcome pack upon your arrival.
  • There is ample car parking.
  • A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the rent is required at the time of booking. The balance, plus the security deposit referred to below, must be paid eight weeks before the arrival date. If a booking is made within that period, payment must be made in full immediately.
  • A £300 cash deposit is payable before arrival against accidental damage. This will be refunded in full if no serious damage arises. Whilst we accept that glasses and crockery will get broken, we ask you to let our housekeeper know if anything gets broken so that it can be replaced. We will not charge for minor breakages.
  • Pets are permitted only by prior arrangement.
  • Smoking inside Atlanta is prohibited. Sand buckets are provided outside the house.
